Pre-Order Guidelines

What is a Pre-Order?
– Pre-Order are which you are able to place an order and purchase on our limited edition items in advance during a specific period time.
– Pre-Order items are not immediately available and will only be in production subjected to the minimum target order is achieved. All pre-orders are subjected to a minimum target quantity of 50 pieces.
– Important : Should the minimum target pieces is not reached by the pre-order closing date, we will contact you to arrange for a full refund. 

How do I place for a pre-order?
– Items that are available for pre-order will be stated in the product page. You may also click on our ‘Pre-Order Collection’ under our Shop page to view all available designs for pre-order.
– All pre-order items are checked out as usual on our shopping cart and must be paid in full to confirm your order via our available payment options.
– Standard shipping fees applies.

Can I combine order for a normal & pre-order item?
– Yes! You may combine your orders together.
– Standard delivery applies for normal items. Pre-order items will be shipped out separately once it is ready.

Can I cancel a pre-order item?
– You may request for a cancellation of a pre-order item within 24hours from order made. Thereafter which cancellations is not permittable.
– If the pre-order item is a combined order with a normal item, please note that refund is only possible for pre-order item. All normal items are considered final and subjected to the standard ‘Return and Exchange’ policy.

Can I get a refund or exchange on a pre-order item?
– All pre-order items sold are final and not eligible for refund or exchanges as there are no ready-stock inventory.
– At TMS Studio, we will complete a thorough quality-check before delivery to ensure items are at its best quality. Should there be any manufacturing defects, TMS Studio will make necessary arrangements for replacements.

When can I get my pre-order items?
– Items will begin production as soon the order period is closed and subjected that the minimum target order is achieved. 
– Production will take approximately 1 to 2 weeks subjected if there are no operational impact due to the current condition of COVID19 and/or other manufacturing issues.
– Items will be shipped out as soon as items are available and parcel tracking number will be provided to you. Shipping/Delivery timelines are in accordance to the courier company used.

TMS Studio reserves the right to change and update these terms and conditions without prior notice. The revised terms will be published on this website immediately.
