For West Malaysia

• All orders shipped within West Malaysia are delivered by NinjaVan Malaysia.

For East Malaysia

• All orders shipped to East Malaysia are delivered by the applicable courier which is suitable at the point of time.

For International Shipping

• The shipping charges will apply automatically once an address is keyed in the cart and checkout page. Shipping charges varies from country to country. If in doubt, please contact us.
• All custom duties and taxes are of the buyers responsibilities. We will not be held liable nor responsible to clear any custom duties and taxes.
• TMS Studio will determine and use the best available courier company for international shipping at the point of order.

• Delivery time are subjected to the corresponding courier company however we will, on best effort basis inform in advance via our social media should there be any disruptions to the delivery schedule.
• All orders are processed and packed from Malaysia.
• All customers are prompted at the checkout page to enter their billing and shipping information. Orders are processed, packed and delivered as according to the shipping address keyed by the customer. Please ensure shipping address are complete and accurate upon checkout.
• TMS Studio will not be held liable should the delivery fail to reach you due to incomplete or incorrect shipping address.
• TMS Studio will not be responsible once the items has been sent out for courier. We will not be liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments, any issues caused by incorrect billing/shipping information provided by customer upon checkout, and any delayed shipments caused by the shipping carrier. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.
